All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the product is available or to cancel your order. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided during the order process and we will not accept an order unless all details requested from purchasers have been entered correctly.

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order, but cases are sometimes restricted quantity wise. This is because we are buying in small quantities and like to make sure everyone has an equal chance to buy.
Substitute products: We never substitute products and will always deliver the exact bottle that you have ordered.
Condition of bottles: All our bottles are stored in ideal temperature controlled conditions. Please see our ideal conditions for storing.
PRICES AND PAYMENT:
The prices of the goods are quoted on our Website. Prices indicated include VAT.
A minimum order of £100.00 is required for free delivery in England; otherwise a delivery charge of £12.50 including VAT is added to your invoice.
We accept payment by credit card using PayPal only. Our Website and processes are secure. By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the goods to you.
When you pay for your order by card, we carry out certain checks, which include obtaining authorisation from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds and for security reasons.
