The temperature controlled maceration and fermentationof this wine take place in concrete vats. The wine is then aged for 6 months in the same vats. This releases some fresh flavours of berries combined with a velvety texture. Its soft and elegant tannins will match white meat and poultry, such as pheasant and turkey.
