It has been 111 years since Dewatsuru Sake Brewery was founded, and throughout its history, the brewery has continued to exist thanks to the involvement, cooperation, and support of many people. We want to create new history, cherishing the connections with the people Dewatsuru has met and will meet in the future. This commemorative sake was brewed with that thought in mind. It has a gorgeous aroma and an elegant taste with a well-balanced acidity from the kimoto brewing method.

The sake brewed as an exhibition-class Daiginjo is bottled and stored at low temperatures for over 10 years in the brewery, resulting in a delicate flavour. This is a Daiginjo aged sake characterized by a deep aroma and a clean aftertaste.

This plum wine is made by steeping plums in pure rice sake brewed at Dewatsurugura, bringing out the refreshing flavour of the plum. We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.

Made from the finest grown yuzu fruit (a Japanese citrus fruit, like a mandarin and a lime) and blended with premium grade Junmai sake, this Yuzushu really delivers. Each yuzu fruit is hand-selected and hand-juiced to maintain the highest level of freshness and its bright citrus flavour which dominates the palate with hints of sherbet lemons following it up with a long, pronounced finish and a touch of sweetness.
This Nakashima Junmai Yuzushu is an aperitif, dessert sake, digestif or cocktail ingredient, perfect for a long, refreshing spritzer. You can add a dash to a pisco sour or as an ingredient in a dessert.

This Kijoshu is an elegant and luxurious high-quality sake with a sweet, rich and velvety flavour. A dessert sake similar to Sauternes it has a similar nose to a sherry or port with a honey/nutty/musky/mushroom aroma. When brewing, regular Kijoshu Junmai sake is added instead of water for sweetness. But with Double Kijoshu, Kijoshu is used instead of Junmai to greatly amplify the sweetness. The result? A perfectly elegant sake with complex sweetness you must try. The flavour perfectly compliments chocolates of all kinds, especially dark chocolate mousses. It can be served with cheese, foie gras and steaks and also poured over vanilla ice cream. The perfect aperitif or digestif it is delicious served chilled, with soda or on the rocks.
