London addresses: We will endeavour to deliver orders received before midday on the next working day. Make sure to choose if it’s a morning or afternoon delivery.
Orders Outside London: We will endeavour to deliver within three working days.
Because we use a specialist alcohol delivery company to deliver your sake we cannot arrange for your order to go to the Post Office. If we are unable to deliver to you then your sake will go back into storage where it can be looked after. Unfortunately we are charged a fee of £15 for re-delivery which we have to pass onto you.
To avoid re-delivery please stipulate a nearby alternate delivery address when you checkout (nearby meaning the same building or street!)
Of course, the best way to avoid re-delivery is to be in to receive your order!
